Dispatch Timeline

Orders are usually processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. During festivals, high-demand periods or unexpected operational delays, processing may take longer.

Delivery Timeline

Most orders are delivered within an estimated 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location, courier partner availability and serviceability.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to serviceable pincodes across India. Delivery availability depends on courier serviceability for the destination pincode. If your pincode is not serviceable, our support team will contact you.

Order Tracking

Tracking details are shared after your order is dispatched. You can use the provided tracking information to check the shipment status. If tracking information is delayed or unavailable, please contact our support team for an update.

COD and Prepaid Orders

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and serviceable pincodes. Prepaid orders are processed through the payment gateways available at checkout.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the recipient is unavailable, the phone number is unreachable, or delivery attempts repeatedly fail, re-dispatch may require additional shipping charges.
